Do I need to be technical?
No. You tell us your printers and prices; we build and maintain it. With a Care Plan we handle every change for you — you focus on printing.
Which printers and technologies?
FDM is fully supported today (any number of machines, any materials). Resin (SLA) and powder (SLS) pricing is available as a Custom build.
What if I buy a new printer later?
On Care+ we add it for you — new build volume, materials and rules — at no extra charge. Otherwise it's a small one-off update.
Where is it hosted?
On your own domain. Hosting is included in any Care Plan, or you can host it yourself.
How do payments work?
Card payments run through Stripe — you connect your own account, so the money lands directly with you and we never touch it. Automatic invoices included. Crypto and local gateways are optional.
Will it work in my country?
Yes. Payments use Stripe, which covers 40+ countries across the US and Europe — and you set your own shipping options and prices, so it works anywhere. Need a local carrier (parcel lockers, live rates) or a local payment method? That's a Custom build.
How long does setup take?
